Delaford Property Consultants is a South West based chartered surveying practice providing expert valuation advice across all commercial and residential sectors. Delaford was established to bring senior, commercially minded valuation expertise directly to lenders, investors, legal professionals and private clients across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset.

Samantha Johnson brings over 20 years of commercial property experience in the South West to every instruction she undertakes.

Samantha began her property career in Topsham, providing agency advice across both residential and commercial property. A passion for the wider built environment led her to complete an undergraduate degree in Property Development and Planning, before joining Vickery Holman where she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2012.
At Vickery Holman, Samantha built an outstanding reputation across a wide range of surveying disciplines, including Landlord and Tenant, Rating and Valuation. For the past 16 years, she has specialised exclusively in valuation, covering a broad range of sectors and property types across the South West. She rose to become a Director and head of the firm's Valuation team.
Samantha was also formerly the President and Director of The Commercial Property Network, an independent network of chartered surveyors operating across the United Kingdom.
Outside of her professional practice, Samantha is a Trustee of St Petrock and Heavitree Land Trust, an Almshouse charity based in Exeter, and a Non-Executive Board Member of Cornerstone, a Housing Association serving Devon.
Delaford was founded on a simple principle — that clients deserve clear, concise and commercially minded advice from a senior expert, enabling them to make well-informed decisions with confidence.
Delaford Property Consultants takes its name from Delaford, the estate of Colonel Brandon in Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility. A character whose integrity, reliability and quiet professionalism continue to inspire the values of our business today.
